Hi, I bought a license yesterday from Kanra2015 but I can't redeem it. When I use it, i have the error "Product key is invalid or in use. Your attempt has been logged!".
I tried a first time directly after receive the key but my previous subscription was still running. Now the previous subscription is off and I can't use my new key.
