    I think i got his means. There is a cheat through change graphic card drivers files in order to obtain effectiveness of perspective or aimbot in games. Or write a script in mouse macro to achieve no recoil effectiveness. Because the anti-cheat software normally regard the drivers as safe files. The kind of cheat is prevalent in Asia which always use in some BE or EAC games.

    The anti-cheat software is BE, so I think it is impossible to release due to the cheat will be detected within few days.
