I have Puerto rico height .5 velocity 47.

most USA DD's will work with 35-38 velocity and altitude .75 start with that and adjust velocity as needed

velocity 45. Altitude 0.5 same as most cruisers

Prince Eugen: Velocity: 49.5 Altitude: 0.55
Just hit 6x citadels in a tier 9 battle with these settings.

There are currently no minicarusel Mod, but you can use my pictures with values in the game.
Just install the current aslain mod-installer with hakabase: nation -mod, then the aslain-installer in the res-mods creates the gui / ship_previews folder. There you copy my pictures as usual.
If you are now in the game in the port with the mouse over your ship goes see a preview with the current values for your ship see the picture below.

Zur Zeit  gibt es noch kein minicarusel-Mod, ihr könnt aber meine Bilder mit Werte trozdem im Spiel benutzen.
Instaliert einfach den Aktuellen aslain Mod-installer mit hakabase: nation -Mod, dann erstellt der Aslain-Installer im res-mods den gui/ship_previews Ordner. Dort kopiert ihr wie gewohnt meine Bilder rein.
Wenn ihr nun im Spiel in dem Hafen mit der Maus über eurer Schiff geht seht ihr ein Vorschaubild mit den aktuellen Werten für euer Schiff sihe Bild unten.

VT-22 I found 45.0 speed and .50 elevation on the 2nd turret works well for me.
