I'm unsure if you have since added a subscription to your account, but with the current subscription you should be able to activate the cheats without issue assuming you are logging into the correct account on the cheat launcher.

There is always a risk of being banned when you cheat.
If you are reported by enough players your account will likely be temporarily suspended.

Yes, it is a higher risk feature than others we offer since it could be tracked by the server. It's not recommended to be used on a new account, and it would be best if you are not reported by other players as a GM could see it if they were spectating you.
